Sunshade Products / Roof Rack World want you to be completely satisfied with your valued purchase. If something is incorrect, we are here to help with your change of mind, returns, exchanges and refunds whether you shopped online or in-store with us.

Change of Mind Returns.
We understand that you may have had a change of mind post the point of purchase.

To be eligible for a change‑of‑mind return within 14 days of delivery or pick‑up.
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition ready for our store to resell just as new as you bought it.
- All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included in the return.
- You must provide proof of purchase (copy of invoice, or online order number).
- Refund payment will be issued to your original payment method when part is returned and inspected.
- Restocking Fees of up to 10% are applicable for goods paid with pay later payment systems and Amex.
- The value only of the goods sold will be refunded. This excludes freight charges where and if applicable.
- If the above conditions are not met, your return may be refused.
In‑Store Returns & Exchanges.
Want to return your product in-store:
- Bring your item in its original condition and packaging. The item must be unused, uninstalled, and ready for our store to resell just as new as when you bought it.
- Bring your proof of purchase invoice.
- Refund payment will be issued to your original payment method when product is returned and inspected.
- Restocking fees of up to 10% are applicable for goods paid with pay later payment systems and Amex.
Returns via Couriers and Australia Post.
To return the purchase via Courier and or Australia Post.

- We will confirm your return eligibility and provide return instructions or a courier shipping label if required.
- Securely package the item (with some extra protective packaging, for example bubble wrap) and return it to our address 466 Main North Road, Blair Athol, South Australia, 5084 Australia “Attention Peter” and include a copy of the invoice within the packaging.
Important: Use a trackable shipping service or purchase insurance when returning items, especially high‑value goods. Sunshade Products Roof Rack World is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items.
Unlucky to have received your order and or parts are faulty, damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us via email at info@roofrack.com.au or call 08 8260 6433 and ask for Peter.
- If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
- We may ask for photos and details of the fault or return of the product for inspection and comments.
- Refund payment will be issued to your original payment method when part is returned and inspected.
- Once verified, we’ll arrange one of the following at no cost to you:
- A replacement.
- A repair.
- A part or full refund, in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds.
We can handle your request for refund by the following process:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and approving your return.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
- Payment is refundable if the item hasn’t been shipped and is not a custom/special-order product.
- Non-refundable for items specially ordered or already dispatched.
- Deposits are refundable if the order is cancelled before shipping and the item isn’t a special order.
- Restocking fees of up to 10% are applicable for goods paid with pay later payment systems and Amex.
- Deposits become void if refund is required.
