Yakima RuggedLine® is a premium platform-to-vehicle mounting system. The RuggedLine is fixed into the existing threads, all bolts are included for install. No drilling required. Rails need to be remove on some models, this is done from the outside of the vehicle, no need to loosen/drop internal lining. Rugged line fits to these existing threads in the roof.

Description
Yakima RuggedLine® is a premium platform-to-vehicle mounting system, designed and tested in Australia. Constructed from powdercoated stainless steel for ultimate reliability, RuggedLine is ready to be paired with the existing (and proven) range of LockNLoad Platforms.
Capacity 100kg, minus self weight of platform (approx 35kgs), platform sold separately. Please check vehicle guide manual for maximum carrying capacity of vehicle.
To install you will need to remove the rails on the roof to expose threads. Removing the rails is done from the outside of the vehicle. Ruggedline then fits to these existing threads, (3 positions on each side of vehicle), all bolts included for install, no need to loosen internal lining. No drilling required to install.
Fits also models without longitudinal factory fitted roof rails. Remove covers on roof and remove existing bolts to expose threads in roof, RuggedLine then fits to these 3 sets of threads.
