Most tyre products are for after the damage is done. Never Flat is for before. Inject it through the valve stem, reinflate, and it goes to work every kilometre you drive.
This Australian-made sealant holds millions of fibres in suspension in a viscous liquid that coats the inside of your tyre. The moment something punctures the tread, escaping air drives those fibres into the wound and each wheel revolution packs them tighter until the hole is sealed; permanently, with negligible pressure loss and no action from you. Subsequent punctures seal the same way, using only a fraction of the remaining fibres.
The real saving isn’t the roadside change you avoid. It’s the tyres that last longer because they stay at correct pressure instead of running underinflated, hot, and wearing out early.
Suits both tubed and tubeless tyres. One application lasts the legal life of the tyre.
Please note: Never Flat treats the tread area only. It will not seal sidewall punctures, as these compromise the structural integrity of the tyre and require replacement.
