The Rhino-Rack Backbone is a mounting system for your Jeep Grand Cherokee (vehicles fitted with silver metal chrome rails, 2011onwards) Connecting to your vehicle’s roof via 2 bases on each side, it allows for a Rhino-Rack Pioneer System to be fitted on top. Drilling and introduction of nut inserts connects the backbone to the roof along the black trim. No need to lower internal lining in vehicle.
Existing silver/chrome rails remain on roof.
